Göriach
From 1871 to 1955, coal mining was carried out in this cadastral municipality. This was an important source of income for the residents at that time. Even today, subsidence in the ground can be seen not far from the village, which is the result of sunken tunnels. The village square in Göriach is a lovingly designed attraction in this district. In addition, residential construction is flourishing in Göriach.

Au
Coal was mined here at the time and transported to Kapfenberg by narrow-gauge railway. The former "Ägydi" tunnel, which now serves as the Barbara Chapel, and the former station building are reminders of this.

Stübming
This district consists of widely scattered farmsteads, some of which are located on steep slopes. The "Schröckenhof" also characterizes the image of Stübming. The "Jakobusweg" (St. James' Way) that starts in Turnau extends over large parts of this district. In winter, Stübming is a popular starting point for ski tours.

Seewiesen
The landscape of Seewiesen is an impressive sight: the view of the towering rocks of the Hochschwab massif is unique. The Styrian local poet Peter Rosegger once said of Seewiesen: "It lies enchantingly beautiful between rock faces and forests, as if it had fallen from the sky, just onto a green meadow." The church "St. Leonhard" is in the center of the district, which also includes the Styrian Seeberg.

Thal
Thal is a high-altitude cadastral community on the way to Pogusch. The district is dominated by agriculture. The well-known "Bründlweg" also lies partly in Thal. The view from here is particularly impressive.
